We urge you to study our size charts before purchase, so as to ensure perfect fit.

We understand that occasionally, the product you order and is delivered to you ends up as not being a perfect fit. Our commitment remains to ensure your complete satisfaction and hence in most cases, we would accept returns and provide replacements. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

Please ensure that you return the product within 15 days of delivery.

Returns are generally accepted in the case of:

  • Brassieres
  • Slips
  • Shape wear

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used, Washed, Altered, Damaged, Faded or Soiled products
  • Accessories, Panties & Masks
  • Products without tag
  • Items on special offers or seasonal promotion

To provide you the best return and delivery experience, we have tied up with professional logistics partners.

In quite a few areas, we arrange for Pickup of the Return products. In case the pin code of your location is not within our pickup coverage, we request you to self-ship the product properly packed to our Returns Desk. Please remember to include the Order/Invoice number. The Returned Shipping Address is mentioned at the end of the policy. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the shipment in our warehouse.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made by you towards properly returned products will be refunded as per the returns policy & returns process.
  • If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on
  • Please note card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
  • If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
