No Refund, Return & Exchange on Sale Merchandise


  • Order placed before 3:00 pm from Monday to Saturday will be delivered in three to five business days.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be delivered in four to seven business days.
  • During sales or promotional events, we do get a little busy and may require an additional two to three business days to deliver your order.
  • In case of multi-item orders, we endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability, and we will intimate you in such cases.
  • Our packaging is discreet and does not disclose the contents of your order.
  • Order value is calculated after applying discounts/GST or any other applicable charges.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.
Return policy is applicable for the following Categories:

  • Slips

We understand that sometimes you order a product that ends up not being a perfect fit. Therefore, we are committed to working with our customers to provide products that meet their individual needs.
Return the Products within 15 days of delivery.

Following items cannot be returned:

  • Altered, damaged, faded/ Soiled products
  • Panties
  • Items on special offers or seasonal promotion

Self Shipping

In case your area of pin code is not eligible for ‘Pick-up” mode, then, self-ship the product to our returns desk by packing the product with particular of order/ Inv no as mentioned in Returned Shipping Address at the end of the policy. We will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made by you towards correctly returned products will be refunded as per the returns policy & returns process.
  • If you think that we have provided you with an incorrect refund, please contact us immediately on
  • Please note card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
  • If the order is canceled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
